Nurse Accused Of Stealing From Hospital

BELLEVUE, Wash. -- Julie Christine Cardenas, 40, a registered nurse, was allegedly caught stealing from Overlake Internal Medicine in Bellevue.Cardenas was not an employee at Overlake, but she is accused of breaking in and stealing computers, voice recorders, stethoscopes, lab coats, prescription pads, Vicodin and Celebrex from the cancer center.

...

“There were a large number of urine samples that were apparently taken from patients at hospitals… couldn't attribute it to anything specific but possibly used to pass drug screening tests,” Greg Grannis, with the Bellevue police, told KIRO Eyewitness News.

Too bad that Nurse couldn't have used all that energy for nursing and learning.
