Hopefully this survery will ring some bells and serve as a wake up call to change things and make them right. Let's hope everything changes for the better and they retain these nurses

Hi UK nurses. Do remember that the US hospitals need you very badly and have plenty of money to spend, insist on the best deal possible. Ask for the moon and don't hesitate to negotiate.
