I think this article is rather interesting...It goes to show when you attempt to offer a solution to administration what happens. Imagine, this is one of those HCA hospitals.

That's really sad. The world needs more doctors and nurses working together for the good of the patient. I believe this doctor was retaliated against as the hospital doesn't like it when bad staffing ratios, dangerous working conditions, etc. are bought to their attention. It's the dirty little secret the like to keep hidden. She'll be in my prayers.

She must have really scared them for them to do this to her. Working conditions at this place must be terrible. Good luck to all of them. They are going to need it. I hope she wins this law suit.
