lab errors - is apology enough?

this is about breast cancer results in Newfoundland
and if it could happen in Newfoundland, then it can
happen anywhere in Canada or USA, etc.

Re: lab errors - is apology enough?

It's really amazing. Nurses are sued for making honest human errors. This health service wants an apology to be enough. It really didn't sound like much of an apology.

It sounds like the guy who was at the top at the time these "errors" were made is mentally ill. He needs individualized attention - a good exam of his mind and a trip to somewhere where caning is an option - because it sounds like he took personal insult from high profile cancer care advocates and maybe used his power to get even. Is that possible or am I misreading? To anyone who lost a loved one because of this or something like it, I am very, very sorry and I pray for God to help you find comfort, strength, and courage.
