Delco’s nurses immune to forced overtime

Mandatory overtime is a major problem at the 80 percent of Pennsylvania’s hospitals that do not have nurses’ unions noted Bill Cruice, executive director of the 5,000-member Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses and Allied Professionals or PASNAP.
