Bigger loss, subpoena for Tenet
Tenet Healthcare Corp. has reported its sixth consecutive net loss, as unpaid patient bills and charges have weighed on results. Separately, Tenet, which is the target of several investigations, has said in a filing with the SEC that the U.S. Attorney's Office in New Orleans has issued a subpoena requesting documents about physician relationships and financial arrangements at three hospitals.
