Quebec is the only province that is French-speaking. You may want to look into Montreal, or surrounding areas if you want French, otherwise all of the other provinces are English-speaking.
Many of the provinces are going to require a BSN, if they do not already. More than likely you will need to make up the theory and clinical time in mental health and adult medicine. For licensure in the US and Canada, they require that the nurse be a generalist, not a specialist. Australia follows the same system that you do.
