Hi, I am starting my Surgical Tech clinicals in October, and I was needing to know if Surgical Tech students get paid for clinicals...

No they do not. Same way that a student in any area of healthcare doesn't get paid for the clinical time. You are actually paying tuition for it. You will be working with a preceptor, and will not be on your own, nor count in the number of staff for the shift.
