Unhappy Someone to talk to

Hello Everyone,
I am new to this forum I am a medical student in Wyoming. I am interested in meeting other nursing student and nurses. I am also a certified nurses Aid of 21 years and recently sustained a severe back injury and told I would never again be able to be a CNA again so I chose to return to school for my degree in premed.I would like someone to talk to as to I feel all alone and depressed I miss my patients and the nursing field but have decided that maybe it is time to give up being a CNA and go into something else.At the present time I am having severe pain in my back and muscle spasms. Is there anything new that will prevent nurses from getting hurt in the field of medicine?
Stacy

You will notice a lot of us have our various bumps, bruises, pulled backs, and feelings of overwhelm. You will also notice a lot of us returning to school, either in nursing or out of it. You found a good board here. I would say the best in regards to nurses. Encourage you to be a premium member to have all the access. You have lots of support. Lots of folks have been in or currently are in your shoes. Read the forums, post where you can. You'll get feedback.
Lastly,
Welcome to allnurses!!!!!!!!!!!!!
