Talking relocating to the USA

Hi all and everyone my name is helena and i qulifie in May 05!!!!!!!!! gods it real hard to belive i've nearly made it lol.
am going to the states to do my elective as i want to live and work over there. its gonna take about 2-3 years to sort out.
i'd love to hear from anyone else whos been aboard to work.
and to hear if you like it and if it all worked out for you.
real i'd love some advise on how to do long it took in reality.
and did it turn out to be what you thought it would.

i look forward to hearing from you.
