Cool From Peds To Adults/ooh My !!

First and foremost I would like to say hello to everyone and am looking forward to getting support from all you wonderful nurses out there in my change of specialties, not by choice.
I had recently moved to a small town and unfortunately they did not have a pediatric unit but had a med/surg/ortho 12h days available , so I took it. All I can say is O.M.G. , its like I am a new grad all over again. I have been a pediatric nurse for 4 years, I am looking forward to learning alot of new things, but it is a different world.
I sure can use some encouragement from all our seasoned med/surg nurses out there !!!! Thank you .

I love internet learning. It's hard work and I'm learning a lot, and I love the convenience. Good luck!
