Hi all! I am new to this website and a new RN, a little over a year into my career. I am currently working on a med-surg floor <orthopedics to be exact> and am actually interviewing for a position in the OR next week. Keep your fingers crossed that I get the position. I actually posted something in the Nursing Career Advice Forum asking for interviewee advice If any of you happen to be good at interviews or are OR nurses, a few words of advice could sure help! Thanks! Kelly
