Hi!! So glad to be here, although I know I was here once before but must have gotten deleted for not posting. That was a looooong time ago. Anyway, I'm an RN currently working in hospice and handling my facility's wound/ostomy care program. Actually, it wasn't a "program" at all until I was given it. We have 250 beds, and I handle all the mgmt of wounds, deciding on new treatments, writing orders on said treatments, follow up and physician conferencing when necessary. And, when I'm not doing that, I also work in our 15 bed hospice unit. Whew....
Can't wait to get to know everyone better! Looks like a busy place!
