New to the site and soon to be new OR nurse

HI everyone! My name is Sandra and I have been a nurse in the Pittsburgh area for two years now. I work on a med surg floor that specializes in heart failure and stroke patients and will be transferring to the OR next month. I have my ASN and will be starting at the University of Pittsburgh in the fall for my RN-MSN. I hope I can learn some things about the OR here and am open to any advice anyone has for a newbie to the OR! Thanks and hello again!
