Your basic algebra should help. There is a book called MATH FOR NURSES that you can get online from Barnes and Noble, or you may even be able to get it on Ebay.

I am a complete math dummy. I got a book called dosage calculations Made INCREDIBLY EASY by Springhouse. They have a whole series of them from IV, Fluids and Electrolytes, E.K.Gs', etc. You can get them just about anywhere Barnes and Noble, Amazon, or through Springhouse The dosage book will take you through the very basic fraction math and basic algebra. Good luck and don't sweat the math. The formulas are pretty easy.
