New Nursing Grad

Hi everyone!!! I just wanted to say that WE are Family!!! lol I recently graduated out of Nursing School and now its NCLEX time..I have been non-stop studying!!! I am currently using Saunders, but should i combine this with something else??? Help!!! LOL
