Smile New member saying hello!!!!

Just wanted to say hello. I currently am a nurse at a convent helping young and old nuns. It's like their own little hospital. I recently found out that I'm having another child, this would be number 2. I'm a little unsure how far along I am and cannot get into the doctor for two more weeks. Anyone know any signs I can look for to tell me how far I am?
