Question New member going to Indian Reservation

Hi,
Just joined as I was looking up Travelers on Indian Reservations, and found this web site. My friend and I are "old war horse nurses"
with 37 and 41 years of Nursing experience. We are packing up and driving to Fort Defiance Arizona to our first, and hopefully not our last assingment. Any tips on Reservation Nursing?
