Smile New Grad Looking for Career Advice

haha, this little dude is hilarious! ok, so i'm a new grad looking for work and i'm not quite sure where to start. i've been looking around CT for hospitals that are hiring- any feedback on which hospitals are better to work at than others? I have also been receiving several postcards in the mail from Maxim Healthcare- has anyone heard of them or worked for them? Any tips/comments/feedback will be helpful! Thank you!
