My experience on this site has been strictly voyeuristic for quite some time, but I decided that I should finally get more involved now that I have finished school. I recently graduated with my BSN and will be starting in the ER at a busy county hospital here in Las Vegas in just a few weeks. I am anxious, nervous, excited...etc. I look forward to getting to know some of you and sharing in our experiences as nurses.
