Post New to allnurses......

Hello Everyone...My name is Rod and I am from Virginia. I'm a 2nd year RN student and expect to graduate in December 2004. I've been working as a police officer for the last 8 years in a large urban department. Became interested in nursing as a result of working as a part time paramedic for the last 12 years. Once I graduate I would like to get some experience as an ED Nurse and then move on to agency work. I've acquired a lot of excellent advise from this site. I hope i get a chance to interact with you..

Welcome to allnurses.com from Sunny Bangkok!!

Have always loved Emergency Dept., that is where I got my start.
And prefer agency over being staff at any hospital...
Two great choices, at least in my opinion.

Good luck with your schooling..............
