Hi all! Just wanted to post a note to introduce myself. I'm the DON in a correctional facility. My other titles include: mother, grandmother, wife, and all around pain...Ha! Ha! I have an ADN but have considered going back to school. I've been in the health care field for about 15 years, but only an RN for 12. I started out as a CNA. I enjoy reading, cross stitch, and other crafts. And I'd really love to meet other people who may actually understand what I'm saying in a conversation (My husband never understands anything about work!). Hope to meet some of you soon.

WELCOME ABOARD
i think that nurses never stop learning so you may as well do it formally so you will have some new initials behind your name
