[mj monitor tech]

I am rewriting policy and or protocals for the monitor tech's at our hospital in South Carolina. If possible I would like some information from other hospitals, care centers, cath labs, etc on how their monitor techs log the patient rhythms and/or strips to the charts. We have 48 bed capacity usually average around 30-32. 6 ICU, 6 Stepdown and 32 telemetry. We currently run strips every 4 hours with measurements and place on chart.

We are considering changing this routine. Would appreciate some good feedback.
