I would like your thoughts on effexor. I am trying to get off of them gradually but feel awful on about day three without them. Any helpful suggestions?

I would taper according to psychiartrist orders. Effexor is a capsule correct?

I'm not familiar with it. You might want to try "the break room". Or you can do a search on "depression" which will lead you to several appropriate threads!
