Hi everyone,new to the forum. I have been an RN for 24 yrs in NW PA. Working currently in ICU, been there for last 7 yrs and before that did acute hemodialysis and apheresis. Love being a nurse and the challenges of critical care but hate the increasing beaurocracy of health care.
