LPN Jobs

Hello--- I'm fairly a new LPN---Ive had my license for 2 years now. I fine that if i work nursing agencies-- i make so much more money than my other lpn friends that are working full time jobs in hospitals and nursing homes. I work in both places too-- but more whereever the need is. Im paid anywhere from $18 to $22 an hr. Cannt beat it . But, i am thinking of moving out of NY state-- and seriously looking at jobs in NC. Any LPN's from NC, could you offer me any advice on the job market there. Im looking more towards Statesville, Charolett areas.

Thanks Bunches!!!!!!!! From your friendly N.Y. LNP!!
