Hi I just thought this would be a good new title for us LPN's since we are the real nurses in the batle against discrimination against us.
licensed professional nurse =LPN hi to all too

Greetings!
I really don't think many here are discriminatory against LPN's. We all have our place! I was an LPN for a decade and learned sooo much! LPN's have their scope of practice and are certainly a valuable team member!

As GN1974 stated, LPNs are a valued member of the patient care team. AllNurses wants to support all members of the team and we need to continue to work together to accomplish this goal.
We are all licensed and we should all act professional. All "nursing staff" should valued for what they bring to their facility whether you are an LVN/LPN or RN... and even if you are a CNA.
