Question Re: Just Saying Hello

hello everyone,

thanks for responding. i'm finding a great deal of usefull information on this site. i'm in the process of relocating back to NYC from MD and i have found some usefull information about the hospitals in NYC. i still need some help though. i received my rn licensure 7/06. prior to that i was a LPN for 6 years. so i am not new to nursing. i am having a problem with recriuters seeing me as a new grad, and offering me new grad salary. can anyone help? i was offered a travel nursing position at rosesevelt hosp on 59th. don't know if i should try coming in as a traveler and then apply directly. any advice would be appreciated.
