Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Laramy and I'm a male geriatric nurse working in Germany as a Director of Nursing in a private nursing home. I'm looking for information about end-of-shift reports and how they can be conducted to improve the flow of information. Thanks in advance.
