Hi to all, I am Gerard I am 44 years old and have just compleated my nursing traing RN1.
COOOOOOOOOl
I have being trying to look for some out let, just to find out how others have found the change from being a nursing Aid, as some would call us to a RN1.

My history is, I have been in the Hospital game for the past 20 years, starting as an orderly and then working up.,

So much has changed for me now, giving drugs, dealing with familys, chasing up changes to the treatment of my patients.

This is what I have wanted for years, now that it is here, I wounder if I will be able to handle the resposabilty.

Well that is a breif thing about me what about you,

Have a topic to discuss or question to ask? Go to the list of forums, pick the forum that best matches, and post in there (PG 13 language ALWAYS). You will get feedback. So, check back often.


To make a post in a forum, just go to that forum and post like you did here if someone has already created it...your post is a reply response.

To create your own new thread (the first post to start off feedback), you do this:
In any forum, go to the top yellow bar and towards the right, you will see something that reads--> Forum Tools. It is a pull down menu. Click it. In that menu, you will see--> Post a New Thread. Click that.

And there you go.....just follows what it tells you.

If your nursing related question does not fit any particular forum and is a general nursing related topic, post it in our General Nursing Discussion forum.
