#1 Nursing Resource: 30,000 Nurses Visiting Daily

Hello! I'm so happy to stumble upon a forum like this. I'm a relatively new nurse (since Jan 2007). I began in ICU from the get-go and remain ICU, however am at my 2nd hospital, and considering a change from full-time staff to contracted agency. Nursing is my second (or 3rd, if you count full-time mom) career. I look forward to joining in on the ongoing conversations.
