Hi new student

Hi I am new here. I am a nursing student who was just accepted yesterday. I am married with a 2 1/2 yr. old and 8 month old. I work in an ER 3rd shift so that I can take classes during the day. Any advice on how to keep time with my family and still balance school and work? I have so far been able to maintain A's in my classes but I average only 4 hours a sleep a day. I don't know how long I can keep this up for. God willing, I can do it until I earn my degree.

Re: Hi new student

Hi and welcome to the site

Good luck, spending time with family is important but so are your studies so will make a good juggling job but I am sure with determination you can do it. I would say the main thing is make sure you take some 'me' time and relax
