Cool Hi I'm new to this site.

Hi just wanted to say hello, I'm an lpn who is looking to relocate to Orlando, Florida. I've been an lpn for less than a year. I'm working on becoming an RN thru Excelsior College. If anyone has any tips on how to stay motivated doing the independent study, please give them to me. Also I would like to know how working in Florida compares to New Jersey, the pay rates, and the different facilities that hire LPN's. In NJ it's mainly LTC and subacute centers that hire LPN's. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
