I just wanted to say Howdy! I am new to this site, and I have found so many interesting topics. Thank you all... I am a 38 yr woman with 9 children...most of them are grown..only 3 teens and one college student left at home. We garden & love canning, we go hunting, fishing, and love dutch oven cooking..ok, I believe I have introduced myself a little. Thanks for your time...I am looking forward to becoming a RN and giving back to my community and helping others..

Thank you all for responding...I am not super mom by any means, but I can tell you that not only do I love my children, I really kind of Like'em.. They are a big help to me.. I couldn't do it will out the support of my family... We are a Team! so..I can't take all the credit. But I can tell you that this time that I am spending is school has been very rewarding even through some of the rough times. I am still Climbing the Mountain..and I can see myself making the full Trip to becoming a RN...

Wow! You still have enough sanity for nursing school after raising nine children?! LOL You definitely will succeed, I predict. If you can bite off that much of a goal in life and are intent on doing it, it IS doable....!
You sound like an awesome and strong woman! Congrats on raising the family. Bet they're a great bunch.
