Smile Hello, New to site, a little intro provided

I am glad to join the forums here at last. I have been coming here and reading on the side for a year. I have been an RN for over ten years. The first seven years were served in a Level II NICU in Western Louisiana. My husband has retired and we have moved back home to Oklahoma. I am now working in the Maternal Child Unit (L&D) in the military hospital at Fort Sill. I have two grown children, the youngest child has just graduated in Louisiana and is waiting to take her boards for RN. My oldest child is working in the computer support industry and is a techie, doing phone triage for those who have grimlins in their computers Our "grandpuppy" is a two year old miniature pincher called Rocky and rules our home.

Also, want to add. Special thanks to my wonderful husband who has been the "wind beneath my wings" both in nursing school and in the last 10 plus years of working in the hospital. Plus, he gives really good foot massages.
