Hello, I'm old and battle weary...

Hi all, new here and have been cruising around a bit looking at posts. Seems like a good place to get some perspective on issues. I have been wearing many hats of late, acute dialysis, special procedures, rad rn, house supervisor, ED and CCU staff nurse...kinda meet myself coming and going some days. I kick around getting out altogether some days, but what is an old gray mare to do? LOL, so here I am.

Well some days I feel just like you. Iwant to and shout, but then I have been doing this for ages and I wouldn't feel very comfortable doing anything else. Are you floating or do you work for several employers? Seems like quite different roles! I find the more I have on my plate the less I like what I am doing. Seems like I can't do a good job at everything although certainly that is what I aim for Maggie M
