Hello! Everyone!

Hello! I am studying in New Zealand in Year one Nice to meet all of you! My first language is not English, do you think it is really really hard to study nursing? My major was clinical medicine in my country, but i changed to study nursing! Give me some ideas, how can I improve my English??
