Question New to Forum

Hello all, I am new to this forum but not new to nursing. I am an RN Charge and Staff nurse specializing in Orthopedics. I also instruct at a School of Nursing for LPN's. It is a new school, I was recruited by one of my old nursing instructors. Being new, there are a lot of bugs that need worked out. I would appreciate any advice from anyone on how labs are or were run when you went to school. There is a hodge podge of instructors mostly from long term and only two of us from acute care and so the labs that I have seen are very unorganized and waste the student's time.
Thanks.....Jill
