Talking Hello all. Looking forward to meeting some of you

Hello everyone.
Im Maxi. I am new to this site but i am looking forward to meeting new exciting folks and gaining some insight. I am from Lower Alabama. I've been here all my life yet i dont know why lol. I work in dialysis. I have experienced working for an independantly owned company as well as Gambro, Renal care, and now Fresenius as they bought out RCG.I have only been doing the RN thing for around 1 1/2 but i was a dialysis pct for a yr during RN school. I absolutely love the atmosphere and bonding with my pts. Im a real softie lol . I would like to talk with some experienced dialysis staff and get some insight on a few problems im having at my clinic that my dr doesnt seem to know how to fix nor do I .ill probably do some question posting later today for now just wanted to say my first howdy, or hello . and say thanks for such a great web page.
