Hi,
I have been an RN since 1987. (Southern CT )
I am looking for a change in the type of nursing that I am currently practicing.
Does anyone have any experiences ( good or bad ) working with VNA?
How is the pay? I dont need benefits, I wonder if that would have any impact on how much I was paid. I really enjoy working with people, especially the elderly ones.
Your thoughts are appreciated.
