im new in this forum so i would appreciate it if somebody would answer to my inquiry. just passed nclex from new mexico and they just sent me the confirmation of passing... anyhow, i wanted to know how long does it take to apply for endorsement to new york and can i apply for directly to nursing homes in new york instead of going thru a recruitment agency? how much is the average salary rate in nursing homes? all your answers are appreciated... and im glade to be part of this informative forum...

welcome to the site, check out the international forum, plenty of info about on there but to endorse to NY you still need to do CVS as a foreign trained nurse.
