I feel extremely ignorant when trying to navigate in here....lol....you have so many items to read and reply upon. I have a hard time finding where I have been and what the responses are that I have posted. Is that a dumb question? Sorry

OOps I forgot to ask another question, how do I find a subject that I am interested in? For example: ambulatory medicine office nurses.... When I go to search it sends me back out into the web....or am I using it incorrectly. Please be patient with me, after 18 years of nursing, computers is not my forte.

In our forums, you will find all the nursing news, support and direction that you will need as a new or seasoned nurse in the field. We have about 150 forums in total.

Hi--I'm new here--but have been an RN for 27 years--we are moving to Savannah in one week--how do I go about getting an active Georgia license? I just renewed my Fla.license today online so that is all in order.--any website to begin procedures to help get my license in Ga. would be greatly appreciated-- Thanks in advance!

Since this is a question that concerns Nursing Career....it would best asked in the Nursing Career Advice forum. This is the link: Nursing Career Advice

This is a good example in that members need to place their post questions in the most appropriate forum....or that post will just sit there. There is a very good chance that many members (who need to see this) will not see this question in THIS forum. If you wish to obtain the best feedback from members....place the post in the forum that best fits.

i have a suggestion on how to find topics on this board.

I go to google.com and do a search on the allnurses.com domain. for example i was trying to find threads about vcu but the allnurses search said my word was too short. on google i type vcu site:allnurses.com. so on google you type your word or phrase site:allnurses.com
