hi tweety. Not really, the only thing I saw under EDit profile was educational title ... I changed that , but nothing showed up!

Now that I think about it, those kinds of things might be exclusive to "Premium Members" only. So I probably misled you into thinking you can change it.

Hello, NewYorkCityRN,

Just go to the forum you wish to start a thread. Then, find the button to the left, at the top of the other threads which reads, "New Thread". Once that loads, create the title of the thread and make your post.
