Re: Have a question in how to use our board and find things?...post here

OK, I am new to this site but would like to be able to do more postings. I have figured out how to reply, my question is how to post a new posting.

I would love to ask other health care professionals how much they are getting reimbursed for tuition at their workplaces. Here in the southwest at my hosptial we get 50% for B's or C's, 75% if we get an A with a maximum of $1000 per year. Needless to say that lasts about 1 semester if you are in grad school. What are the rest of you getting or am I just a whiner

Welcome MMsmith74,

It can be overwhelming as there is so much content, we are continually working on ways to make it easier to navigate. We have a decision tree on our homepage: http://allnurses.com/

I'll paste it here as well:

Looking for something? Let this decision tree help you get started:
Our main forum page has links to all the forums, on it you will find a link to the travel nursing forum under the Nursing specialties forum listings. (see attachment image) Here is a direct link to the travel nursing forum

Hope that helps

Red face Re: Have a question in how to use our board and find things?...post here

Hi. I am new to this forum concept, and do not know where to begin. My background info is: I received my RN in July 2003, when I was 42 years old, and spent a few months working on a med/surg unit, then was diagnosed with cancer and spent the next 18 months in treatment. I am now in remission, and working part time, but am not happy in my current position. As a new nurse, inexperienced and now returning after a long absence, I feel very isolated and somewhat overwhelmed at the thought of returning to nursing full time. I would like more info about the process of becoming a renal/dialysis nurse. Can you help me?
