How do I update my personal profile? I know how to get there but I am unable to remove something I originally put in. It's personal.

Click on arrow on Office

icon on yellow toolbar, go to edit profile....easy!

I am totally lost, cant view the Intro Video and dont know what to do. And how will i see your answer?!!!. My first time using a forum.
