Greetings from Ohio soon to be Japan

Hi,

I am so excited that I found this site. I have been an RN for 4 years and recently resigned from working on a cardiac ICU unit. My family and I will be relocating to Japan in Dec.

I absolutely love being a nurse and feel blessed that others have given me the opportunity to care for them/their loved ones.

I look forward to getting to know all of you.

Roxanne

Hi and welcome! Are you with the military? Yokota AB Japan was my first duty station when I was in the Navy. Met my husband there (he was in the Air Force) and our oldest son was born at Yokota Hosp.

Re: Greetings from Ohio soon to be Japan

Hi,

Thanks for the welcome. We are actually not military. My husbands job is relocating us to Kobe, Japan for 3 years. We will be headed there on Mon on a house hunting trip. I plan on visiting the Canadian School and the Red Cross hospital to see if they hire American nurses.
