Failte! (Means "welcome", in Gaelic)

I am into my 34th year of nursing...18 months as an Aide, 9 years as a L.P.N., and the last 23 years as an R.N. It's been quite a ride, but is beginning to slow down, like an old car on it's last legs I love Allnurses.com! and being able to share my feelings, problems and thoughts..that only nurses can understand.
