Brand Spankin' New....to everything!

Good morning new friends,
Ready to enter into my second career and starting from scratch. Does anyone know of any programs offered for new students with no college background at all? I'm prepared to start earning my associates in the maths and englishes, but don't want to waste time if I don't have to. Any advice would be helpful and I'm grateful.
