Smile Adequate protocol for central line drsg chngs

Hello, I'm Nurse P ,Thanks for having me. I'm looking for the best advice on the protocol for central line dressing changes. I stated 7dys max. but would like clarification on it.

We do ours every 3rd day.

We do q 72 hrs and PRN.
