Transporting OB Patients

We are looking at starting a maternal transport team here where we go and get our high risk moms and bring them back to our facility. We have 2 MFMs, a level 3 NICU with 4 Neos, and are a level 2 trauma center. We would be transporting these patients by ground. Can anyone out there offer any help/ideas/things we should definitely do or don't do? We really need some help on this one!!!!
